We have been working with Kontur Extern for 6 years. A very convenient program for submitting reports to the IFTS, FSS, PFR and Rosstat. Recently SKB Kontur began to "suffer from all sorts of" interface updates. Before that, there was a convenient and understandable interface in a non-annoying gray-blue scale, and very functional, without unnecessary movements and fuss. Diadoc system
First, submission to the FSS, then to the Federal Tax Service Inspectorate, etc. A very annoying factor - because over the years of work, many actions have been sharpened to automatism, especially when the declarations of more than one enterprise are sent, and many (we have a tariff "servicing accounting") ... But now the mechanism of action is radically different, which periodically knocks out of the rut in the process of work.
Further, the level of those is very different. support in different regional centers. We have it nowhere worse, so when questions arose a couple of times, and without getting an answer, I dialed directly to Yekaterinburg, the issue was resolved almost immediately.
Another big minus that has appeared recently is the strong imposition of additional. functions, if initially the tariff included certain “convenient” and “wonderful” bonuses, such as Focus Contour, Reconciliation, etc., then once, when I needed it, I tried to use Focus, I found it was disabled. Having contacted the manager of the regional center, I heard that this was an introductory connection for such a period, and now I have to pay to connect. A call to the federal number in Yekaterinburg, a request was left, the next day all functions were returned. But it was very unpleasant. Moreover, this story was then repeated when we ran out of the certificate, and already another manager invoicing us for renewal, in our tariff, included all these. add. functions for add. fee. Again a call, and an identical answer - this cannot be, it is all for a fee. But ours won. I want to note that the Contour Focus, Diadoc, and Reconciliation themselves are very convenient things that greatly facilitate the life of an accountant. Fast receipt the necessary information about the counterparty, clearly, accessible, all the most important and necessary in a short time and without unnecessary actions and fuss.
Further, the reports themselves are stored on the contour servers, you need to save the archives, because as soon as your certificate expires, which is for 1 year, you will not have access to declarations and receipts.
And one more important aspect is the price. The Extern contour is very expensive. not every director or business owner will be willing to pay that kind of money.
Conclusion: there are disadvantages (of which at the moment, with all the innovations), SKB Kontur has more, but there are also advantages, which are still being held.
